We assist clients in divesting of their non-core assets or with the sale
of an entire business.
The volume of business that we handle
means we are constantly in touch with organisers all over the world
and personal contacts with senior management in many of these companies
gives us an up to date knowledge of market trends and of realistic
valuations. We have recently helped our clients conclude transactions
in Turkey, Dubai, Bahrain, The Netherlands, France, the UK and Belgium.
When acting for the seller we carry out the following services:
- Preparation of an information memorandum
- Valuation Guidance
- Drawing up of a target list of purchasers
- Negotiation of price
- Review of legal documentation when closing the deal
We also assist our clients with their acquisition
led growth strategy. We will carry out an active search for acquisitions in the required sector and may be
able to unlock products, which are not officially for sale. We will carry out negotiation on the purchaser's
behalf, assist in financial and commercial due-diligence and assist in reviewing the legal documentation.
